Custom Etching

Another great example of our custom etching capabilities. We took an existing product and modified the color to a black piano finish. We then etched the company logo on the front, creating an elegant contrast and textured print.

This dark cherry color box is just one example of a custom design we have produced for our customers over the years. When this customer came to us looking for a wooden slab box with a rich color, bright gold-style latches, a sleek beveled, magnetic locking lid, and a rail system to hold coin slabs, we were able to deliver a sample in our customer’s hands and get production started in under two weeks.

Wood Boxes with Screen Printing

In this example, we took our existing single coin stock box, added a black piano-finish and screen printed it with a gold design. With this box we took our existing 50 slab display box and customized the color and added a logo. Silver hinges and latches were added to compliment the silver print logo on the top of the lid.

Custom Angular Wood Box Build

Our client came to us with a custom box concept that called for angular sides, plush velvet flocking and an easel insert. We engineered the box to meet our client's specifications, with diagonal edges and a dark mahogany finish. On the lid of the box you will see an imbedded leather patch with a heat pressed gold foil emblem and elegant outer stitching. Within the box is a matching wood easel that can display a coin capsule lying flat or standing upright on its easel for an attractive display.

Natural Color and Wood Grain Box with Engraved Lid

This box is modified version of our existing single coin wood box design. It highlights the natural color and grain of its real wood construction and is etched with a laser engraved logo that was in-filled with black ink for a memorable textured print.
