Transline stocks a massive inventory of chipboard boxes with leatherette textured wraps used to store, transport and organize collectibles. Chipboard storage boxes are staple products used for 2x2 coin holders, currency holders, coin slabs, glassines and even trading card slabs, making them a popular choice for custom printing logos. We can die stamp your company logo on most stock boxes with gold or silver foil at low minimums. Once we have your die stamp, it can also be used on a host of other products that we carry.

Printed Chipboard Box with Vacuum Form Insert

Our customer came to us looking for a four color printed box capable of not only securing coin capsules during shipping but also serving as branded packaging. We designed a compact chipboard box with a flocked vacuum form insert that snuggly holds 10 capsules. The top lid is a vibrant flood printed custom color with white logo. The wrap around the base of the box is also printed.

Custom Monster Box with Foam Insert

Most monster boxes designed to ship silver rounds or American Silver Eagles in coin tubes are either a type of injection molded ABS or Polypropelyne. The up front cost of the tooling and dies for molded boxes, however, is sigificant and often not a finacially prudent choice for new marketing campaigns or smaller quantity requirements.

When our customer came to us looking for a cost-effective solution for shipping 500 oz of silver rounds in Guardhouse coin tubes, we developed a heavy-duty box made from .08 chipboard with reinforced corners and durable paper wrap. Our design team drew up the layout for steel-rolled dies and foam inserts. The insert itself is a durable open-cell foam custom fit to safetly hold the coin tubes and serves as a protective buffer for the contents during shipping. The wrap on the box is printed with artwork supplied by the customer.
