RETURNS POLICY
You must call for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number prior to returning any product. Write the RGA number on the outside of your package.

DO NOT SEND returns to the PO Box. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. Annual publications are non-returnable. All returns not resulting from a Transline error or manufacturer defect must be like new, in original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
